Lets talk about your private info, should you give us any. It remains 100% confidental. Even if we wanted to sell it, we would not how to go about selling it, who would buy it, or even how much to sell it for. It's just easier to keep it safe.

How Quickly Do You Ship? 

We process orders 6 days a week Monday thru Saturday. Generally there is a two day turn around on most orders (depending on the size of the order). The orders are processed and shipped in the order they are recieved. Now, if you need your order a little bit quicker and think you can cut to the front of the line, we might be able to help just let us know it is a rush order and we'll do what we can to assist you. 

Returns and Refunds

If you do not like anything you buy from Kings Maille, please let us know so we can try and talk you out of returning your purchase. Seriously we take pride in what we manufacture, if you do not like it, we will be happy to return/refund or exchange any items within thirty days of purchase. We will want to know why,  so we can improve on any deficiencies. (shipping will not be refunded)
